 b = del2(s) : computes the Discrete Laplacian of iFunc object

   @iFunc/del2 function to compute the Discrete Laplacian of models.

 input:  s: object or array (iFunc)
 output: b: object or array (iFunc)
 ex:     b=del2(a);
