 b = atanh(s) : computes the inverse hyperbolic tangent of iData object

   @iData/atanh function to compute the inverse hyperbolic tangent of data sets.

 input:  s: object or array (iData)
 output: b: object or array (iData)
 ex:     b=atanh(a);
